We offer two core development pathways designed to help young athletes (ages 10–17) build speed, agility, strength, and resilience. Each program complements the other, giving kids the tools to unlock their sporting potential, develop new skills, improve their athletic performance and overall health and fitness.
Goal: Make athletes faster and more agile where it matters most—those first 3–5 steps of acceleration and game-speed changes of direction. Research and practice show most team-sport sprints reach ~80% of max speed within the first few steps, so we emphasise early acceleration, posture, change of direction ability and sprinting technique before layering on volume and progressing onto more complex agility development.
How we train:
- Technical development:
Sprint mechanics (drive, projection, posture), change of direction positions, and reactive agility drills that translate to sport scenarios.
- Physical development: Progressive and regular exposure to sprinting (including upright sprinting over 20m+) to build speed safely and effectively. We also incorporate Plyometrics to develop lower body stiffness and power to express force better and reduce the risk of injuries.
- Objective feedback: we use Timing Gates and video feedback to coach details, track progress, and monitor max speed so athletes and parents see progress.
What a session can include
Warm-up and drills → technical acceleration work → speed exposures → change-of-direction/agility scenarios → plyometric power block → cool-down & feedback.
Expected outcomes
Cleaner mechanics, faster first steps, improved agility, and measurable gains in short sprint times.
Goal: Our science backed, competency and age baed gym athletic development program is designed for both - youth athletes as well as any active kids who want to develop good training habits, learn fundamental gym based movements, increase strength and power. Build strength, coordination, and robustness that carry over to faster sprinting, better jumping, reduced risk of injuries and improved overall health and fitness.
How we train:
- Movement quality first:
Age-appropriate patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, brace) taught with great technique and supervision in a safe and fun environment.
- Strength and power: Carefully progressed loads and tempos; plyometrics training to connect strength to speed; strength development through full body compound movements is based on kid's biological and training age as well competency level. Reducing the risk of injuries is one of the key goals of a well rounded youth strength and conditioning program.
- Education & Learning: Develop your knowledge and application of how to train safely, effectively and efficiently in the gym to develop your physical qualities to improve your performance or a lifelong participation in sport / active lifestyle.
Expected outcomes
Improved force production, better control, and durability across a full season. Healthier and fitter body to better handle biological changes and growth spurt as kids grow. Improved athletic performance. Increased confidence and learning new skills.
We use simple, objective markers (e.g., 10m and 20m sprint times, periodic video analysis as well as strength and power testing drills) so athletes understand what’s improving and why. Parents receive clear updates.
Led by an experienced S&C coach with a track record across youth and elite performance, we combine individualised coaching with a supportive environment. We help young people to develop athleticism and skills for sport, health & life.
Children are not mini adults, therefore they need a different, specialised approach to their physical development. When developing a program we take into consideration athlete’s chronological as well as biological age, training experience, training needs and goals.
Explore. Creating training environments for youth athletes to explore, experiment and learn and challenge movement skills and their physical abilities.
Engage. Delivering training sessions that are engaging is key for young athletes physical development as well as psychological development.
Excite. Improving performance and achieving success requires falling in love with the process of training. We create fun, safe yet challenging training environment for young athletes to achieve their goals while enjoying the process.
Educate. Part of our youth training system is educating young athletes and their parents on What, How & Why of youth strength and conditioning as there are a lot of myths and misconceptions about training young athlete.

We help to develop fundamental athletic skills, maximise your sporting performance and achieve your athletic potential.
We love what we do and we are passionate about our work which helps to provide a high quality, individualised coaching.
Headed up by Vitalij Kalcinskij, the lead strength and conditioning coach, we are very experienced and knowledgeable about our area of expertise.
We have worked with multiple athletes to help them learn to move and perform better. Helping to reduce injuries and improve performance.
